The more places I visit/live in, the more I start to appreciate, good easy visual communication.BUT, even the clearest visual communication cant persuade some people. Or maybe some people are just dumbasses!

Actually just to the left, out of shot, a guy, who i assume is the bike owner, was slumped against the wall havin 40 winks! His helmet sitting next to him!
